Within one business day, usually sooner. If it's urgent, active water damage, a job on a deadline, call instead of using the form and say so.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Quotes are free. For most jobs we can give you a solid number from photos and a description; bigger projects get a walkthrough first.
What should I include in my message?
Rough size of the job, the current condition, and your timeline. Photos help a lot, a couple of wide shots and a close-up of the problem area is usually enough to quote from.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Small jobs are half of what we do. One patch, one door, one room, worth a call. Batching a few small things into one visit is the most cost-effective way to use us.
