This website is provided by Castle Construction to describe our services and let you request quotes. By using it you agree to these terms. Don't misuse the site, attempt to break it, or scrape and republish its content as your own.
Estimates and quotes
Requesting a quote through this site costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Any prices discussed by phone or message are preliminary until we've seen the work and given you a written estimate. Actual work is governed by the written estimate or agreement you approve before we start, not by this website.
Content on this site
The descriptions of our process and services reflect how we work, but every job is different. Content here is general information, not a warranty or a promise about a specific project's scope, timeline, or outcome. Photos and illustrations are representative of the work.
Our name and materials
The Castle Construction name, logo, photos, and site content belong to us. Don't reuse them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Castle Construction is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website itself. Responsibilities around actual construction work are set out in your written service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from use of this site will be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
